When you place your ChipFixx order you will receive a confirmation email. That email also states that when your order is shipped you will automatically get an email with the Canada Post tracking number in it. If you do not see this email in your IN box, please check your Spam/Junk folder!
If you have any concerns about your ChipFixx kit and it's contents you must email us and include at least one photo of the issue. If you do not email us and send a photo there will be no refunds or replacements of any product.
We ship our Kits within 3 to 5 business days of payment.
We do NOT ship to addresses outside of Canada due to Customs regulations.
