Please note: When you place your ChipFixx order you will receive a confirmation email. That email also states that when your order is shipped you will automatically get an email with the Canada Post tracking number in it. If you do not see this email in your IN box, please check your Spam/Junk folder!
It is essential that you provide your full and correct mailing address including apartment or unit or box number! If you leave out any of that information, Canada Post will not be able to deliver your ChipFixx kit to you and will instead return it to us. This will result in a delay as we will have to contact you for your full address. Thank you for your co-operation!
We ship our Kits within 48-72 hours of receipt of your order. We use Canada Post Expedited Mail to ship your ChipFixx Kits. It's safe, quick and reliable and takes about 2 to 5 days depending on where you live in Canada.
Please note we do NOT ship to addresses outside of Canada.
If you have a problem with your paint colour, please contact us and we will help you. If you wish a refund you must return the kit to us at your expense. We do not pay return postage. If you want to cancel your order after your paint has been custom mixed and your kit assembled, there will be $40.00 deducted from your purchanse price to cover the value of the your custom mixed paint. Each paint is custom mixed for you, we do not have a supply of bottles of paint on a shelf and pick one off for you. Our paint is freshly mixed on the day you place your order. We are not able to sell it to anyone else after we've mixed it for you.
We currently are not able to process Canada Post Flex Deliveries. Please provide a proper street address that we can ship to.
