Shipping

We ship within Canada. We don't ship outside Canada at the moment.

Production time

Every kit is mixed to order, so please allow 2 to 3 business days before it ships. Some colours take longer to blend, and we don't rush a match.

Delivery

Shipping options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Express shipping is available. Your total wait is production time plus delivery time.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. If you haven't heard from us within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or email info@chipfixx.ca.

Damaged or lost parcels

See our Refunds and Colour Match Guarantee policy. In short: contact us, and we replace anything damaged or lost in transit at no charge.
